We do our best to capture colors as accurately as possible in the photos. However, due to differences in screen settings--whether on computers, tablets, or cell phones—slight variations in color may occur.

To ensure longevity, hand washing is recommended, much like you would fine China. Gently clean using a soft cloth, mild soap and water to preserve its unique beauty and intricate details.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility, including return shipping and insurance to ensure the item arrives safely. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs.

Each item is thoughtfully packaged and shipped via USPS. While we take great care to ensure secure delivery, occasional issues can arise. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos showing the damage and any damage to the outside shipping carton. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for damages without photo documentation. Please do not discard original packaging until your damage claim has been settled.

All in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days during regular business hours. Please allow additional time for wine glasses and custom orders, as they are hand painted to order.
